Over the past decade, I've partnered with more than 50 organizations across industries ranging from aviation and telecommunications to energy, government, manufacturing, and consumer products — helping teams navigate ambiguity, align around shared goals, and create meaningful experiences.

My background spans service design, product design, organizational change, and entrepreneurship with one common thread: creating clarity and momentum in complex environments.

I started at Fjord, where I spent four years working across industries on service design and experience strategy. From there I moved into enterprise consulting at Slalom, leading design efforts on Boeing programs. Most recently I was the first design hire at Lexion, an AI-powered contract management platform, where I built the design foundation from the ground up.

Outside of client work, I co-founded BuildRogue — a circular housing initiative focused on affordable, relocatable structures using reclaimed materials.
